Terms of Service

Last updated: May 6, 2026

Plain-language summary

Festival Set Times (the “Service”) is a free tool to plan and share festival set time schedules. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

Who can use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU). If you sign in, you confirm the information from your sign-in provider (e.g. Google) is accurate and that the account is yours.

Your account

You’re responsible for any activity under your account. Don’t share your sign-in credentials. If you suspect someone else has access, sign out everywhere by revoking the app from your Google account settings, and email us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to harass, harm, or impersonate others.
  • Try to break, scrape, or overload the Service in ways that disrupt other users.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise try to extract source code or data outside of normal use of the website.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws (including export controls and copyright).
  • Submit set times, group names, or content that’s illegal, abusive, or violates someone else’s rights.

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access if we believe these rules are being broken.

Festival data

Set times, lineups, stage names, and artist information shown on the Service are compiled from publicly available sources and are provided for convenience. We try to keep them accurate, but festivals change schedules, drop or add artists, and run late. Don’t treat the Service as the official source. Always confirm with the festival’s own app or website before relying on a specific set time.

Artist names, festival names, and stage names are the property of their respective owners. Use here is descriptive and doesn’t imply endorsement.

Your content (groups, favorites)

You own the favorites you save and the groups you create. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display that content as needed to operate the Service (for example, showing your group members which sets you’ve favorited).

Don’t name a group something that’s offensive, infringes a trademark, or impersonates someone. We can rename or remove groups at our discretion.

Third-party services

The Service uses Google for sign-in, Spotify for artist images, and Supabase + Vercel for the backend and hosting. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We aren’t responsible for their availability or behavior.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that set time information will be accurate or up to date.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim won’t exceed USD $50 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (whichever is greater — and currently the Service is free, so this is largely a formality).

Delete my account

If you would like to delete your account, sign in first — the delete link will appear here once you're signed in.

Deleting your account permanently removes your favorites, group memberships, and any groups you created. Other members of those groups will lose access too. We cannot recover deleted accounts.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or stop offering the Service entirely. If we shut down, we’ll try to give reasonable notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date and, for big changes, with a notice on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the applicable local courts.
